You have the right to delete your EasyRanna account at any time. This policy explains the process, what data will be removed, what data may be retained, and the effects of account deletion. Please read carefully before proceeding.
EasyRanna respects your right to control your personal data. You may request the deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible — once deleted, your account cannot be restored.
You can request account deletion through any of the following methods:
Open the EasyRanna app → Go to Profile → Tap Settings → Select Account → Tap Delete My Account → Confirm with OTP verification.
Send a deletion request from your registered email address to privacy@easyranna.in with the subject line: "Account Deletion Request — [Your Registered Phone Number]".
Contact our support team through the app chat or at support@easyranna.in and request account deletion. Our team will guide you through identity verification and the deletion process.
Once a deletion request is verified and confirmed, your account will be deactivated immediately and your personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete. During this period, you will not be able to log in or place orders.
The following data associated with your account will be permanently deleted:

Even after account deletion, certain data may be retained as required by Indian law and regulatory obligations:
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to your order history, saved addresses, loyalty rewards or credits, active offers or vouchers, and the ability to track past deliveries. This action cannot be undone and your data cannot be recovered.
If you have any active or pending orders at the time of your deletion request, those orders will be fulfilled first. Account deletion will be processed only after all pending deliveries are completed and any outstanding payments are settled. You cannot delete your account while a delivery is in progress or a payment is pending.
Once your account has been deleted, it cannot be reactivated. If you wish to use EasyRanna services again in the future, you will need to create a new account with a new registration. Your previous order history and preferences will not be recoverable.
Deletion of your EasyRanna account will remove your data from our systems. However, data that has already been shared with payment processors, delivery partners, or other third-party services during your use of the platform is subject to their respective data retention and deletion policies. We encourage you to contact those services directly if needed.
