Understand our policy on returns, refunds, and damaged product handling

Due to the nature of our products — including perishable groceries, LPG cylinders, and consumable water — all sales are final once delivered. Please review your order carefully before confirming. For damaged or defective items, please read Section 2 below.

1. No Return or Refund Policy

All purchases made through EasyRanna are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds under any circumstances once the product has been delivered and accepted by the customer. This policy is in place due to the nature of our products which include perishable goods, safety-regulated items, and consumables.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

In rare cases where products are damaged or defective at the time of delivery, customers must:

  • Report the issue immediately — within 2 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photo or video evidence of the damaged or defective product
  • Contact our support team via the app or email at support@easyranna.in

Our team will review the evidence and may offer a replacement product at our sole discretion. Replacements are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are strictly non-returnable under any circumstances:

  • LPG Gas Cylinders: Once delivered, accepted, and connected — for safety and regulatory reasons
  • Fresh Groceries: Fruits, vegetables, and perishable food items due to hygiene standards
  • Water Products: Water bottles or jars once opened, unsealed, or tampered with
  • Packaged Food Items: Once the seal has been broken or packaging is opened

4. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel an order, it must be done before the order is dispatched for delivery. Once an order is in transit, cancellation is not possible. For LPG cylinder orders, cancellation may not be available once the cylinder has been loaded for delivery due to logistics and safety handling requirements. Refunds for cancelled orders will be credited within 5–7 business days.

5. Wrong or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect item or your order is missing a product, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos. We will investigate and arrange delivery of the correct item or provide a credit to your account.

6. Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. Fresh produce is inspected before dispatch. LPG cylinders are sourced only from authorized and certified distributors. Water products are sealed and quality-checked. If we fall short of these standards at delivery, please reach out immediately.
