Customers must provide accurate account details and maintain account confidentiality.
Orders placed through EasyRanna are subject to acceptance and availability.
Payments may be made using UPI, cards, net banking, or Cash on Delivery.
Customers must be available to receive orders during delivery time.
Agents must provide valid business details and identity verification before selling products on the platform.
Agents must maintain accurate stock information and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Agents must prepare items correctly for pickup by delivery partners.
Agents are responsible for the quality and safety of products supplied to customers.
EasyRanna may charge platform service fees or commissions on completed orders.
Delivery partners must provide valid ID proof, vehicle details, and driving license.
Delivery partners must collect orders from assigned agents before delivery.
Products must be handled carefully during transportation, especially LPG cylinders.
Orders must be delivered within the expected timeframe.
Delivery partners must behave professionally with customers.
EasyRanna reserves the right to suspend delivery partner accounts for violations or misconduct.
