We strive to deliver products within the estimated timeframe. Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. LPG cylinder delivery requires proper verification and safety checks. You must be available to receive the delivery.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. LPG cylinder orders may not be cancellable once in transit due to safety regulations. Cancellation refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

We ensure that all products meet quality standards. For fresh produce, we guarantee freshness at the time of delivery. LPG cylinders are sourced from authorized distributors only.

9. Limitation of Liability

EasyRanna shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the order value.
